3 Months

Our little guy is already 3 months old.  I don't see the doctor until 4 months, so I don't know his percentages.  But, I'm pretty sure he is tall for his age.  I weighed him and tried to measure him at home and this is what I found:

Weight: 13 lbs 14 oz. (has gained 1 lb 4 oz since last month)
Height: 25 1/2 in. (has grown 1 3/4 inches since last month)

He holds his head up really well now.  He has started smiling a lot.  Last night during his middle of the night feeding, he started laughing.  He has done small laughs here and there but this was a definite chuckle and it was in his sleep... so cute!  He coos and does "gurgle" talk a lot.  He has discovered his fists - he is often trying to stick his whole fist in his mouth.  He still is cuddly if he's in a chill/tired mood... he is getting more and more active so he doesn't always want to stay still long enough to be cuddly so I get the cuddles in whenever I can.  He has slept as long as 9 hours at night a few times! Yay!

Julia still loves her little brother so much.  She gives him kisses constantly still.  If he's crying she'll bring him toys and say, "Don't cry 'Tay-lub.'"  I see her trying to teach him things such as "high five" and she tries to teach him sign language.  I look forward to when he can interact more with her.

Always sticking his tongue out these days...

He still likes to be swaddled for sleeping.  But occasionally he is able to get his hands out.  I thought this particular sleeping position was funny - notice his legs spread apart and his hands near his face.  Funny guy.

Sweet boy
